INOA-Movement:-

The INOA-Movement includes the National Federations NFs, the State Non-Olympic Associations (SNOAs), the Other related committees, state associations, clubs, and persons belonging to them, particularly the players judges/referees, coaches and the other sports technicians. It also includes other organisations and institutions as recognised by the INOA. Any form of discrimination with regard to a country or a person on grounds of race, religion, politics, sex, or otherwise is incompatible with belonging to the INOA-Movement.

In order to promote the INOA throughout the country, the INOA may recognise State Non-Olympic Associations and organisations the activity of which is linked to its role. They must be established in accordance with the INOA, and their status must be approved by the INOA. The INOA may recognise associations of State Non-Olympic Associations (SNOAs) formed at states & districts level.

The recognition of associations of NFs or SNOAs does not in any way affect the right of each NF and of each SNOA to deal directly with the INOA and vice versa. The INOA may recognise non-governmental organisations connected with sport, operating on a national level, the status and activities of which are in conformity with the INOA. The INOA may withdraw, with immediate effect, its recognition from NFs, SNOAs, and other association and organisations.

Patronage by the INOA:-

The INOA may grant its patronage, upon such terms and conditions as it may consider appropriate, to national multisports competitions - regional or national - on condition that they take place in strict compliance with the INOA and are organised under the control of State Non-Olympic Associations or association recognised by the INOA, with assistance of the NFs concerned and conformity with their technical rules.

State Non-Olympic Associations-(SNOAs):-

The INOA is completely in favour of the establishment of good relations and even of close links between the State Non-Olympic Associations and governments, we stipulate only one condition: respect for our independence.The State Non-Olympic Associations propagate the fundamental principles of Non-Olympism at state level within the framework of sports activity and otherwise contribute, among other things, to the diffusion of Non-Olympism in the teaching programme of physical education and sports in schools and university establishments.

The role of these Associations is to establish and enforce, in accordance with the Non-Olympic spirit, the rules concerning the practice of their respective sports. they further the development of their sports throughout the state; help to realise the goals set out in the INOA, in particular by way of the spread of Non-Olympism and Non-Olympic Education; establish eligibility criteria for the competitions of the Non-Olympic Games in conformity with the INOA and submit them to the INOA for approval; assume the responsibility for the technical control and supervision of their sports at the Non-Olympic Games and at Games under the patronage of the INOA; and provide technical assistance in the practical implementation of the Non-Olympic movement programme.
